Primary 1 Students Take Kidzania On!
Field trips are a necessary part of Modern Education. In short, it is learning beyond the boundaries of the classroom. The visit to Kidzania offered our little ones a chance to experience the different occupations in a contrived environment, thus helping them to link the real world to a unit that they studied on "Jobs People Do."

Carrefour and the Primary 4 Consumers (and Entrepreneurs!)
Last 28th of July, the Primary Four students went to Carrefour at ITC Permata Hijau and experienced buying items themselves.
The objective of the activity was to test if the students could apply the lesson on "Rounding Off and Estimation". With this activity, they saw the importance of the lesson in real life application.
The students had a lot of fun and enjoyed buying food with only a limited amount of time and money. They bought items and considered the prices and the expiration dates of the items.
After buying the items, they accounted the prices and sold them with some profit. This second part of the actvity was a short experiential lesson on being business savvy.
It was a good learning experience for the kids!
